Handmade necklace in copper and Sterling silver inspired by the Protea flower. This kinetic flower has copper petals inside and on the outside with a sterling silver stem. When closed, the inside petals are concealed inside the outer ones, but bloom when the stem is pushed upward. The outer petals are hand carved for texture. The copper has been oxidized to give it a rich darkened patina with colorful rainbow patina in places. The pendant comes on an 18" sterling silver chain.
