Handmade necklace with a real Macaw Feather Electroformed in copper. The front of the feather has been left unplated to expose the stunning natural teal blue color of the feather. Oxidized finish and sealed with a clear protective lacquer to help preserve the patina. The necklace comes hung on a buttery soft deerskin leather lace cord with hand made hook and eye closure. The feather measures approximately 6” long. Cord length is about 30”.
All feathers are ethically sourced, naturally molted and acquired from a wild bird rescue. Profits from the sale of their feather are used to continue rescue efforts of more birds.
